RESIGATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of Chrometco Limited ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that the Board and Mr Namir Waisberg have mutually agreed to separate with immediate effect, and Mr Waisberg has therefore resigned as the Chief Executive Office of Chrometco Limited, with immediate effect.
The sound operational structures in place will ensure the unaffected continuance of the business operations, while the Board is evaluating alternative CEO appointments. Details of which will be announced in due course.
