APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

 

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised of the appointment of Mr Namir Waisberg as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Chrometco with immediate effect.  

 

Mr Waisberg is a Qualified Actuary (Cum Laude) and CFA Charterholder. He has over 13 years of experience within risk and financial management; mergers and acquisitions; and treasury and capital raising. He has been an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of the Sail Group of companies, a global Chrome trading and mine investment company, since 2014. Mr Waisberg has also served as a board member of the FTSE/JSE Index Committee since 2006.

 

The Chrometco board welcomes Mr Waisberg to the Company.
