Shareholders are advised that at the General Meeting of
Chrometco held today 13 December 2012, all the ordinary
and special resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.

The special resolutions where applicable, will be filed
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
in due course.
