Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated
7 June 2012, and are advised that the discussions referred to
therein regarding a possible acquisition are still in
progress, which, if successful, could have an impact on the
company's share price.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the company’s securities until a
further announcement is made.
